The role could also be based in Schiphol or Rijswijk in the Netherlands, Frankfurt or Hamburg in Germany or London in the UK. The role holder must have the right to work in the specific country. The role holder will be working in the Express and E-commerce sales team of the Western Europe Region and is responsible for driving growth and development for the express and e-commerce business line in Europe. The role holder must be a great communicator with a customer-centric mindset to effectively identify business opportunities and understand their needs. The ideal candidate should have experience in a sales position in the logistics industry, and would be ideal to have experience selling products from Europe to China (and/or other countries in Asia). 1.Working as a key member of the of the Express and E-commerce team to deliver a full and professional services and achieve the annual team revenue and growth targets. 2.Identifying new market opportunities, on-boarding new accounts, and, driving sales from existing accounts to achieve personal annual revenue and growth targets. 3.Conducting extensive market research to understand each player’s operational capability and volume, market dynamics, and, marketing and sales strategies. 4.Maintaining healthy pipelines of potential customers, initiating contacts and following up with sales leads accordingly. 5.Developing and executing the full sales cycle from lead generation, pricing to all other matters related to revenue generation. 6.Preparing documents and presentations on the quotations, Request For Quotes, and contracts based on SF Express internal guidelines and local regulations. 7.Working closely with various internal departments on proposing solutions that meet our internal operational requirements and our customer’s needs. 8.Supporting the Head of Sales on establishing the e-commerce sales strategy by providing market intelligence. 9.Ensuring the business development process adheres to our internal policies and procedures, as well adheres to the Data Protection Act 2018 in the UK and GDPR in European Union. Documenting records of Sales, Revenue and invoices in an organised manner. 10.Assisting ad-hoc projects and analysis as may reasonably be required. 11.Travelling outside of your domicile may be occasionally required.
1.Excellent written and verbal communication skills； 2.Proficiency in spoken and written English (B2 or above). Ability to communicate at an intermediate level in Chinese or Dutch or German is desirable； 3.Knowledge of logistics sector or the E-commerce logistics processes in Europe, or with exposure in logistics industry is an advantage； 4.Experience with developing and implementing plans and projects for customers is an advantage； 5.Result driven with a tracked record of driving sales and building long term relationships with clients； 6.Strong market researching skills with the ability to identify business potentials and prospective clients； 7.Ability to act with a customer-centric mindset and understand the customer’s concerns and intentions； 8.Strong organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines； 9.Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel (i.e. Pivot table, VLOOKUP etc.) and CRM software.
