As our Local Shopper Recruiter, you are responsible for recruiting the people that work in our Fulfilment Center in Diemen. You will be part of the team that selects our Shoppers. In this job, you will meet all the shopper candidates at recruitment events. You are in charge of organizing these events and deciding who is or isn't a suitable candidate to become a shopper. What's your challenge?
Selection & onboarding
- Evaluate applicants based on defined requirements;
- Handle the whole onboarding and make sure all new hires have the right accounts.
Hospitality
- Prepare the recruitment days;
- Overwhelm applicants by giving them a warm welcome.
Data management
- Update our applicant tracking system (ATS);
- Keep all the systems clean and organized.
What you need?
- Available 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday);
- Dutch and English proficiency;
- Software skills: the ability to work with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets);
- Empathetic Intelligence: Social skills and an understanding of people;
- Out-of-the-box Thinking and Initiative: Hands-on, nothing-is-impossible mindset;
- Communicative: Ability to talk to and assess people;
- Planning and Punctuality: Each day you know your goals, objectives, and how to meet them;
- Confidence: With assertiveness you take ownership of a key role.
