Life at Tiqets
What you will do
In this role you will support our Legal & Tax teams and help Tiqets reach new heights. You will be part of the ambitious, energetic, colourful and diverse Tiqets family and will feel familiar with the whole organisation in a matter of weeks. Your learning curve will be steep as you are in the unique position to help us build and maintain the legal relationships, processes and responsibilities involved with a highly scalable B2C platform. You are available part-time (2-3 days per week).
In this role, we expect you:
Support the Legal and Tax teams with managing contracts, executing operational processes, fulfilling national and international tax obligations and maintaining an overall structured administration
To be involved with improving the Legal and Tax teams’ efficiency, picking-up ad hoc requests and helping drive systemic improvements for internal and external stakeholders
To understand the dynamics between larger business requirements underlying your work and the potential legal, financial and tax exposures involved
To prefer clear writing over hiding behind legalese
To expand your knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel), Google Workspace and the rest of our legal tech stack
To focus on results and know when ‘done is better than perfect’ – or when you should dig deeper in the facts or legal details
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A start-up / scale-up mindset: everything moves fast
Strong communication skills
A strong command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written
Affinity with relationship and contract management and administrative organization
An eagerness to learn all about digital platforms and digital transformation from legal / financial / tax perspectives
You have almost finished your bachelor (HBO or University) or have just started your master legal degree
A proven focus on reliability & accuracy, speed and overall quality
Knowledge of (automation in) Excel is a plus
