As business partner, you will support the retail operation with their global expansion goals. This includes store procurement, store construction, leases and all related legal issues. You will work closely together with the Head of Indirect Procurement and the Real Estate team to negotiate and draft a great diversity of international contracts, manage litigation, and will take on local compliance projects in a multidisciplinary setting. If necessary, you will be supported by local (outside) counsel.

Profiel

• around 5-8 years of experience as a lawyer and/ or in-house counsel
• substantial knowledge of and experience with real estate (contracting)
• additional experience with construction and/or real estate procurement is a plus
• preferably experience with the retail sector
• an international mindset and cross-cultural communicational skills
