    Job Description


    • Responsible for general legal administration
    • Arrange document signing
    • Lead the procedures for notarisation and apostille
    • Request and distribute Chamber of Commerce extracts
    • Check documents for completeness and accuracy
    • Arrange filing of documents
    • Assist with annual accounts
    • Act as the main contact point for legal documentation requests from various internal departments as well as external parties like law firms and notaries across Europe
    • Balance multiple legal related databases
    • Maintain the Pan-European entity structure chart, prepare charts for projects
    • Own the legal invoicing process, follow-up on payments
    • Assist in compliance matters like 'know-your-customer' and UBOs
    • Provide secretarial support to the legal team: arrange meetings, coordinate couriers, filing and copying

    The Successful Applicant

    You are/have:

    • Administrative champion with an eye for detail
    • Experience as legal assistant/secretary within a law firm or legal department; preferably working in areas of corporate finance or fund management
    • Proficient in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
    • Ethically sound individual with a sense of integrity and responsibility
    • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
