Office Support / Legal Assistant / Full-time / Amsterdam / English / Administrative support
Your new role
You will assist the legal department with 8 attorneys on administrative matters for the EMEA legal function (and occasionally others on the Executive team as needed) on general office administrative support matters. This will include setting up new matters/cases in a computer program for billing (called Tracker), managing legal department budgeting, managing package deliveries, managing wet ink and DocuSign document signatory collections, assisting lawyers with creating and issuing routine correspondence, proofing and revising large Word documents, etc. Also, a small portion of the role will be to assist in overall management of Company’s HQ (Amsterdam) location’s daily administrative matters (e.g., mail, visitors, office supplies).
What you'll need to succeed
You live in the region of Amsterdam and able to work on a full time basis (at least 35 hours a week) and you work structured, well-organised and you have at least 2 - 3 years experience. Your English language skills are fluent (oral and written). Knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus and not a requirement.
