    For our Client Success team, we are currently recruiting a Learning Technology Consultant (LTC) to work with key accounts based within Europe. This position is fully remote.

    How you will make an impact ?

    As LTC, you will work in tandem with the Project Manager during the implementation phase of the projects. You will be responsible for the the rollout of the CrossKnowledge Learning Experience platform and the CrossKnowledge content authoring tool. This involves:

    • Translating the client needs into a sustainable and impactful learning solution with detail to the User Experience. In close collaboration with the Project Manager, the LTC is responsible for the analysis of the client’s learning architecture and advices on how to best configure and deploy the CrossKnowledge Learning Suite – and other CK solutions - to meet their needs. The LTC also ensures empowerment of the client, being it with the use of CK Academy or being it by providing extra consultancy, so clients become autonomous on their own platform.

    • Contributing to the improvement of CK Products by communicating use cases to the Technology teams and actively participate to Key Account Review meetings of assigned clients.

    • Providing functional expertise during the build phase of a project; Configuring and implementing the platform setup and ensures technical validation.

    • Awareness of basic UX/UI design principles in order to contribute with sustainable and scalable solutions for our clients set ups.

    • Delivering empowerment and support to clients (on demand) or extra functional consultancy on the CrossKnowledge Solution.

    • Acting as the single point of contact for functional matters, ensure clear communication with our clients.

    • Publishing adequate functional specifications and documentation of the projects.

    • Analyzing and solving a variety of platform related problems. Coordinating and following up on case management with Client Care team on a weekly basis. Prioritizing and escalating on critical cases.

    • Training and supporting the administrators in charge of managing the learning ecosystem.

    • As well as providing recommendations on the web design of the portal and content, and if needed delivering that design to the client as an additional service.

    • Carrying out needs and technical constraints' analysis of our client's (learning) architecture.

    • Producing training courses and advising on the design of courses as well as empowering the client, so they can take ownership of the solution and maintain it themselves.

    We are looking for people who :

    • Have a Bachelor / Master’s Degree or equivalent experience; ideally familiar with SaaS solutions.

    • Have working experience in a digital support role & client facing role.

    • Have strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills, particularly in IT context.

    • Possess strong familiarity with CSS, HTML and Microsoft Office Suite.

    • Have good knowledge of current network architectures.

    • Are fluent in English. Any extra language would be a plus.

    • Have the ability to explain complex topics simply.
