Learning Program Manager
The Partner Services Learning Team is a high-impact team that works closely together with Booking.com Central Learning function, ensuring that our stakeholders can access the learning they need, when they need it. Situated within the Partner Services Department the team is part of the broader Commercial Operational team.
On all defined activities that our Partner Services operations work on (3,000 employees across over 180 offices!), we are seeking to increase efficiency and effectiveness in order to generate more value to our partners. The Partner Services Learning team is working closely with subject matter experts to create, curate and co-design learning together with the business. This ensures not only commercial brilliance, but also allows our employees to easily navigate learning as they develop within the organisation.
Within this role we seek someone to lead the innovation and transformation of the global learning curriculum for the assigned commercial roles. This role is responsible to ensure an increase in commercial capability while supporting a culture of continuous learning and growth and future-proofing the skills of the commercial organization.
Using up-to-date learning design trends and data to qualify decision-making you will ensure that the curriculum delivers high quality solutions to future business opportunities & problems, which can be deployed and embedded at scale across a large global population.
Your work contributes to enable the business to deliver on strategic and operational objectives through capability development and unlocking the potential and talent of our employees.
5-8 years experience working in HR/L&D program management with a solid understanding of instructional design and skills/capability development
Experienced within learning program design and creation, needs analysis, business partnering and facilitation
Experienced with LMS/LXP systems
Superior consultancy, communication and influencing skills;
Exceptional project management skills
Global consultation and stakeholder management
Ability to work and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
Prioritization and effective time management
Creative thinking and the ability to bring fresh perspectives to the workplace
