Your role as Learning & Development Manager
When leading Training & Education at TradeTracker International, you are responsible for the content, setup and execution of all training materials and documentation. You will organize and execute training for entire country organizations, new employees and other parties. The training will include technical and commercial parts. Presentation and organizational skills are essential and the job will require occasional travel. You will work closely with the entire international team and report directly to the Director International Operations.
This position is available in Almere (HQ)
A Master degree and at least 2-3 years’ of relevant experience in Learning & Development / building (online) learning programs;
Affinity with online marketing and / or ecommerce;
Excellent presentation and teaching skills;
Good organisational skills;
Able to speak fluent Dutch & English;
Additional language skills are a plus.
