    Learning & Development Co-ordinator

    We're excited to expand our People & Organisation team here at commercetools with a Learning and Development Co-ordinator. This is with the view to further developing our L&D Academy. We're able to consider candidates based in either London, Munich, Berlin, Jena or Amsterdam for this position.
    At commercetools we value continuous learning and our Academy has a mission to ensure that commercetoolers from all disciplines, and from all parts of the world, have access to all of the learning content they need to flourish professionally in their roles. The Academy team will have opportunity to expand the current learning offerings, including in the development of a comprehensive orientation program as well as competency based learning paths to ensure that commercetoolers are supported from day one.

    About your new role

    • You will be working with our business leaders, P&O business partners and other members of our People and Organisation team with a view to fostering a learning organisation by actively identifying and driving learning and growth opportunities
    • Working closely with our Learning Partners to create and drive up-skilling and re-skilling programmes
    • Supporting with the creation of our learning paths which are aligned with competencies and career paths across the organisation
    • Co-ordinating projects end-to-end while contributing to the wider Academy roadmap delivery
    • Assisting with the development of a comprehensive orientation program, including coordinating in-person events for new joiners
    • Developing and organising skills trainings/events for employees
    • Supporting the further digitalisation and process optimisation of the ct Academy
    • Designing trainings including the creation of training manuals, guides and course materials
    • Taking a user-centric approach to evolving our development programs and learning methods across the company (e.g. e-learning, social learning, face-to-face sessions, curated resources, on-the-job, etc.)
    • Maintaining knowledge of the latest trends in learning and development

    Skills & Requirements

    • A proven track record of success working in a dedicated L&D Co-ordinator role (ideally within a scaling software company)
    • A good understanding of different learning and development methods and formats
    • You will enjoy taking a data-driven approach and be a natural, analytical problem solver
    • Excellent research, project management and organisational skills
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while prioritising competing work demands appropriately
    • You will have a results and growth-oriented mindset
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills (in both spoken and written English)
