    Channel Business Management Leader (80%)

    • Provide profitable and strategic growth, drive new Channel Partner and System Integrator acquisition, establish market demand and grow our market awareness.
    • Responsible for the development and performance of Channel Business Manager team across EMEA
    • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams across regions to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with PMC vision and strategic objectives.
    • Responsible for achieving team’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets for Orders
    • Lead the performance management process, conducting performance appraisals, and providing mentor, training, career planning, development for CBM team.
    • Lead all sales related activity management through the accurate, timely and detailed use of CRM system; and other management tools including opportunity reviews, win/loss analysis, pipeline funnel management, forecasting and lead generation
    • Handle sales activity by means of a Sales Management Operating System to include one on one’s, team calls, forecasting calls, opportunity reviews, Plan development and monitoring

    Business Development (20%)

    • Establish a presence for PMC in the Hydrogen markets in line with the company’s goal to grow its presence in renewable energies.
    • Help to set the firm Hydrogen growth strategy and exposure going forward
    • Provide support and guidance around the negotiation of often complex license, sales and collaboration agreements
    • Develop relationships with Channel Partners, System Integrators, Industrial customers and End Users
    • Promote PMC’s product portfolio and capabilities to Governmental organisations and the European Commission
    • Actively participate in Hydrogen Alliances and Conferences across EMEA


    • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in similar role in Renewable Energies industry.
    • Technical sales support or product marketing, including prior leadership or management experience.
    • Strong knowledge of Government organizations, Alliances, Channel Partners, and System Integrators in the Renewable Energy industry
    • He/she must have success leading Engineering, technical sales support, consultative selling, account planning and product management. The successful candidate must possess proven customer management skills, be a strong communicator, and have deep technical understanding of the value proposition and technical specifications of applicable technologies.
    • Communication and presentation skills: Provides timely and concise information to others; able to present technical material to a customer in a way that is understood; Demonstrates compelling presentations skills; Ability to work effectively across multiple countries and markets.
    • Languages: Fluency in English (must) and German (preferred)
    • Leadership: A confident, experienced leader with the ability to connect with others. Ability to lead projects and teams that successfully achieve milestones and complete deliverables. Focus on development of direct reports and ability to prioritize projects and direct of team
    • Results-Oriented: A driver who possesses the ability to take actions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
    • Problem Solver: A creative yet pragmatic problem solver. Methodical and hands-on as well as detail-oriented
    • Ability to articulate the value proposition: Clearly articulate value and vision
    • Competitive intelligence: Command of competitor’s products and value propositions, market strategies and position.
    • Willingness to travel across EMEA up to 50%


    • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar subject.
    • Masters Degree in Business Administration (preferred)
