Lead Analyst, EMEA Global Transparency Reporting, HCC Global Operations
EMEA Lead Analyst GTR reports to the EMEA Manager GTR.
This person is are responsible for leading the execution of various processes required for fulfilling the different transparency reporting requirements across the EMEA region. The Lead Analyst EMEA GTR will also be expected to identify, recommend and lead implementation of transparency solutions & tools to improve data integrity and reporting processes. This person will form part of a cross-sector team, collaborating with other team members, in support of these activities and objectives.
The Global Transparency Reporting team:
We are strategic and innovative partners who lead and guide the business to ensure that the development, implementation and execution of Transparency Requirements related to the Disclosure of Transfers of Value to external authorities, agencies, governmental bodies, patients and general public is consistent, sustainable and compliant with country, industry and regulatory requirements.
The GTR Team leads, guides and facilitates J&J companies' external reporting of transfers of value to meet local requirements globally.
We collaborate across sectors and regions to ensure consistency, sustainability and compliance in the development, approach and execution of external transparency reporting requirements.
We drive continuous innovation to advance our processes and systems to enhance the quality of data, improve timeliness of reporting and create agility to respond to the changing environment.
The GTR team provides insights to internal partners on trends and exceptions related to transfers of value and partners with key stakeholders to anticipate, shape and communicate new and changing external transparency reporting requirements.
Designing, developing and implementing systems and technical solutions on the regional or/and country level, to improve data quality and ensure accurate data collection for the purpose of public transparency reports.
Leading projects to support, improve or resolve complex reporting/system/process issues.
Leading and coordinating testing of changes to the systems and processes before final implementation and ensuring the overall quality and consistency of the reporting functionalities.
Maintaining system/process lifecycle documentation applicable to the reporting preparation process.
Responsible for requirements gathering, through proactive collaboration with GTR team, other functional teams and country stakeholders, to design process enhancements and convert into practical solutions.Developing and providing training on reporting tools and processes to be delivered to the countries and other members of the GTR team.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries. Line management experience beneficial.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business, Finance, Information Management or a compliance-related field with demonstrated experience in data analysis required.
Experience designing and/or implementing new systems and tools required.
Experience leading in a multi-national environment required.
