    IDEXX is recruiting for a Laboratory Customer Support Supervisor. IDEXX’s Customer Support Consultants are the direct line between IDEXX and our customers, crucial employees who help us achieve our purpose. In this role, you will lead a team of consultants responsible for driving customer loyalty and ensuring that our customers are satisfied and are achieving measurable value from our products and services.

    Your goal?

    As our supervisor, you will:

      Lead a team of up to 15 consultants and you’ll continually seek opportunities to improve operations, including people, processes, and technology.
      Help to develop, define and execute a culture that leverages rewards and recognition.
      Develop and mentor your team through on-boarding, open communication, training, development opportunities and performance management processes.
      Build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensureing the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies.

    What You Need to Succeed

      Preferably a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, life sciences, or an applicable area.
      2+ years' experience in a customer support centre environment with increasing responsibilities including management experience and leadership - a proven track record of providing extraordinary customer service!
      Demonstrated skills in leadership, performance coaching, problem solving, planning, and delegating.
      Proven capability to collaborate with all levels of the organization.
      Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal/communication skills
      Fluent in English (written and verbal) and preferably in one of the Nordic languages as well.
      Strong organizational skills, especially in a multi-tasking environment
