    Laboratory Sales Representative

    Reporting to

    Laboratory Sales Manager UK, Netherlands & Ireland

    This role will be responsible for delivery of sustained growth across both our allergy and autoimmunity portfolios; identifying and delivering opportunities to gain incremental business by adding menu on systems within existing and new accounts.     Main Responsibilities

    • Achieve agreed sales targets for Allergy and Autoimmunity portfolios.
    • Build credible and successful relationships with decision making units within your accounts, adding value specific to their needs.
    • Develop and mobilize Key Opinion Leaders
    • Conduct tender and contract negotiations and develop profitable proposals to secure long term contracts
    • Manage evolving customer base including, but not limited to, laboratory, procurement, finance and clinical disciplines
    • Develop and effectively implement account plans as part of a cross-functional team
    • Actively participate in forecasting and planning activities
    • Feed back market intelligence to Sales Manager, Marketing and Finance as required
    • Attend internal & external meetings as required
    • Communicate effectively with all parts of the organization
    • Comply with internal Quality Processes and CRM
    • Field based customer facing role
