    KYC Associate

    you can play a key role in building a stable organization around one of the most challenging topics within Rabobank. Together with your team you can make an indispensable contribution to the onboarding and monitoring of our clients at Wholesale & Rural Netherlands & Africa. You can make a difference as a KYC Associate by taking initiative in finding new and more efficient ways to optimize our customer journeys.

    Creating impact

    • Collecting data and analyse client documents in order to prepare (pre-working) KYC assessments, in close cooperating with Relationship Managers.

    • Monitoring of and reporting on the progress of KYC processes of your client portfolio.

    • Interacting and communication efficiently and effective in order to align and create awareness throughout the organisation.

    • Connecting people and departments (business and operations) to ensure proper customer KYC journeys.

    Within the KYC business, collaboration is key. Team Front Office KYC is divided in 4 sector teams. Controlling the KYC cycle of our clients is one of the core responsibilities next to pre-working all KYC-activities for our KYC service centers and risk based monitoring on alerts.

    Customer focus, risk oriented, analytical skills, organizing and monitoring are clearly essential for the role of KYC Associate. Based on analysis, you carefully weigh all risks to come to an informed decision. Furthermore, you are accessible, give the right example in collaboration and actively collecting feedback. It is important that you recognise yourself in the checklist below:

    • Bachelors of Masters Degree (Finance/Economics/Criminology or Law is preferred);

    • Around 2 years of working experience;

    • Affinity and experience with law, KYC/CDD (Wwft);

    • Strong communication skills;

    • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).
