Would you like to help the truck drivers in Belgium during their trips? Do you not shy away from a challenge and are you not put off by a small language barrier? As a Customer Service Employee for Satellic, you are the expert in the field of toll collection on Belgian roads. You answer customer questions by phone, email and chat. You check the registration of new vehicles and help customers with questions about their On Board Unit, Road User Portal and much more. An all-round customer service function!

7 days a week, day and night, we ensure that the truck driver stays on the road! This means that you are occasionally scheduled a night shift or a Sunday. You will of course receive a nice allowance for this. We also think along with you in exchange for your flexibility.

You are fluent in Dutch and English;
You are helpful and customer-oriented. You ensure that every customer goes out on the road (again) with a good feeling;

The available contract hours are: 40, 36 or 32 per week;
Handy with computers and systems.
