In this new role, you support the vision to move towards an elevated digital and physical way of operating the business model within our Click and Mortar Key Retailer in BNLX.
You will work closely with our HQ and local Marketing & Sales teams to support the Central cluster C&M strategy in order to provide end to end management in the BNLX market.
Work with partners to ensure that the consumer journey on the C&M accounts are as efficient as possible to drive sales & improve conversion. Ensure all accounts have the most efficient fulfilment options to grow the accounts and grow profitability.
Operate and manage day2day 360 partner retail business including training, VM and individual instore activation.
Develop individual KPI based joint business plans on base of the agreed targets, business objectives and commercial terms to deliver the sales growth. Work closely with the head of marketing and the local account team to align trading promotions within the country.
Review and agree digital and physical marketing opportunities to win the consumer journey and plans to promote Bugaboo to the C&M consumers providing awareness and consideration of our products. Furthermore, ensure to provide, improve & update product content for each of them: from product titles, descriptions, and images to category hierarchy, brand pages, and onsite search (organic and paid), tailored per retailer and market. All from a shopper perspective.
Ensure optimal implementation of the generic marketing campaigns within accounts. Plans should be formulated into an agreed Joint Business Plan in collaboration with the partner and aligned with the GTM leadership team.
Track ROI of campaigns conjunction with channel partners
Assist with monthly sales forecasting process across allocated key accounts with a critical focus on accuracy
Assist and drive the ‘Go to Market’ process and milestones within these accounts
Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on key responsibilities.
