    Junior Talent Researcher

    The Junior Talent Researcher is responsible for leveraging global talent market and industry research, providing impactful talent and market insights, competitive landscape through participation in the research and analysis of the designated talent channels that impact the successful hiring of the right talent for

    Armed with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for research, this role focuses on data-driven research initiatives that either support the more qualitative sourcing activities being completed by Sourcers/Recruiters, or stand-alone as dedicated deep dive information specialists.

    The Researcher is a passionate talent advocate with proven analytical capabilities and multitasking skills, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize in highly ambiguous environments

    Tasks & Responsibilities:

    • Leverage knowledge of an industry, market, function, product, and other appropriate resources to gather relevant market and information
    • Provide accurate and timely research information about organizations, functions, markets or other relevant sectors
    • Subject researched facts to extensive analysis and interpretation before drawing conclusions
    • Discover and track talent in geographical locations where Booking currently has a presence and will grow in the future
    • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
    • Work with the sourcing and (regional) TA teams to construct and execute findings/deliverables, to ensure our staffing community extract maximum value
    • Continuously develop domain knowledge of the business function, latest industry trends and best practices

    Ideal Experience & Profile:

    • 3+ years’ experience in research or analysis consulting, executive search or corporate development environment.
    • A good understanding of talent acquisition and technical sourcing
    • Experienced and passionate about data analysis using talent market insights and interpreting data to advise decisions and recommendations across functions
    • Experience mapping company organizations, analyzing market trends and data mining for talent
    • Ability to apply critical and creative thinking to complex problem solving
    • High attention to detail
