    Your Job

    Foleon is growing rapidly and is making huge steps in becoming the #1 Content Experience Platform worldwide. To achieve our ambitions, we need to hire the best! That’s why we’re looking for a junior recruiter who knows how and where to find top talent!

    In this role, you will be responsible for finding and attracting A-players for all our vacancies. As we are a tech scale-up, these will primarily be sales and tech related positions but are not limited to. You will build talent pools and communities of professionals. Of course, you can use all kind of tools to achieve your goals like social media and job boards. It is up to you how you achieve your goals… Want to organize an event? Please do it! You’ll be part of the HR team and get assistance on a daily basis from the Talent Acquisition Manager.


    Your Responsibilities

    • Be creative in sourcing and finding new talent via a broad set of channels

    • Managing our social media channels and job boards

    • Taking care of an excellent/top notch candidate experience

    • Making sharp assessments of candidates during discovery calls

    • Taking care of the recruitment process by collecting feedback from all internal stakeholders and being the first point of contact for the candidate during the process




    Your Competencies

    • You are a flexible multitasker

    • Commercial mindset: you know how to sell the company and excite candidates

    • Excellent communication skills

    • You are a very likable and empathic person

    • Loves targets


    Your Qualifications & Experiences

    • At least 1 year of recruitment experience
    • A bachelor degree or higher
    • Experience with an ATS (we work with Recruitee)
    • Experience with LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
    • Experience within a fast-paced environment
    • Experience with hiring tech and/or sales talent is a huge plus
