    • Bachelor’s degree
    • 1-2 years of ‘high volume’ administrative or recruiting experience
    • Strong IT skills particularly in Excel and PowerPoint

    You will be based in our Amsterdam, London, Munich or Poznan office as part of the European MBA team which oversees global recruitment from some of McKinsey’s largest sources of talent (INSEAD, London Business School, IESE, IMD, Oxford Said and Cambridge Judge).

    You will support our global MBA recruitment efforts and will report to the European source team manager of recruiting operations in London. You will learn gold standard recruiting practices and build a global network at the firm through supporting innovative events and large scale assessment days.

    You will also play an active role in the various school strategy teams, join regular calls and build relationships with alumni consultants around the world. You will build close relationships with office recruiters and consultants, and respond to inquiries from recruiters and candidates. You will also cultivate strong functional relationships with external suppliers including hotels, venues, restaurants, etc.


    You will decide the campus recruiting strategy that will represent the firm globally.

    In this role, you will help design new events on campus, own responsibility for sign ups, event logistics and appropriate follow up and gathering of student feedback. You will support all campus interview days by creating interview schedules, securing assessors to ensure candidates meet well matched interviewers on the day, taking notes during decision meetings and ensuring all runs smoothly. Where required, you will manage in-person logistics with external providers including sourcing venues, reservations, catering, contracts and work with specialists to create event materials. You will attend and support events in person when possible and keep track of event costs staying considerate of budget

    You will take ownership of all administrative actions relating to applications, moving candidates through the applicant tracking system and ensuring every candidate receives care and attention. You will also collate event statistics and feedback to support strategic conversations and future event planning.
