The Junior Project Manager we are looking for will bring order to chaos structuring and delivering the support on defined Sales Enablement services as Training, Content, Coaching and Communication. You are experienced working across many functions and disciplines at all levels to ensure that inputs and requirements are transformed into appropriate outputs and actionable results. This role will act as a crucial point of contact for stakeholders inside and outside the Sales Enablement Ecosystem, setting up operational processes, monitoring and measuring results, and coordinating related /supporting projects.

What you'll be doing
Oversees and manages multiple Sales Enablement projects and initiatives simultaneously, that require cross-functional knowledge and coordination (e.g. sales, sales operations, marketing).
Responsible for the successful execution and control from initiation through evaluation, organising cross-functional activities to ensure completion of the project and its deliverables on time, within budget and meet the qualitative goals.
Design repeatable, scalable, and measurable operational processes in support of Sales Enablement initiatives with an objective to unburden our sales reps improve sales productivity
Proactively identifies dependencies between teams and ensures all plans align on delivery criteria.
Administer work as planning of training, follow ups, gather feedback and evaluations, collect internal info from intranets etc.
Analyses projects to identify risks and potential roadblocks, and modifies project plans to mitigate risk.
Thinks outside the box, influences decision making and problem solving across programs, projects, and teams.
