    At BESTSELLER we are looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join our international e-commerce team. This person will ensure successful project execution by working with many stakeholders and deliver change to our ever-growing business.

    Our Department & the Position

    As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will join a small yet impactful Project Management team and be the link between our business and 3rd party logistics provider (3PL). You will work closely with internal stakeholders from fulfilment, technology, customer service and product data domains. This way you will get a wide exposure to our business and initiatives that drive us towards our goals. In turn, you will have the opportunity to personally contribute to these goals and play a crucial role in our future fulfilment strategy.

    Overview of Responsibilities:

    • Coordinating projects involving our 3PL
    • Ensuring successful project initiation by delivering briefings that are complete
    • Leading projects in a structured and holistic way
    • Aligning with stakeholders internally and externally on the project rollout and testing.
    • When needed, challenging stakeholders on elements like costs, speed, quality.
    • Overseeing issue log related to 3PL and operations

    Required Skills:

    • 1-2 years working experience in similar roles
    • Master’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, International Business, Change Management, Supply Chain or equivalent)
    • Early experience with project management methodology and tools
    • Technical interest or experience with technical documentation
    • Experienced in Microsoft office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel
    • Excellent English language skills

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience or knowledge of ecommerce business
    • Experience or knowledge of supply chain or logistics
    • Willingness to travel within Europe as required (mainly Poland)
