    Junior Program Manager

    The CTO Office is looking for a new member to join as a junior Program Manager.
    In this role, you’re expected to be a self-starter who’s hands-on, able to hit the ground running while working independently and effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Together with R&D leadership and other program managers in our units you’ll work on R&D programs ranging from product improvement to organizational change management and more.

    You should be great at problem solving, possess strong project management & communication skills, as well as being able to think analytically. You’re accountable and take full ownership and pride in your work.

    Your challenges:

    • Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected projects and programs
    • Creating clear, strong and graphically appealing presentations for leadership based on summary input
    • Creating structure, process and rhythm in reporting needs
    • Decide on suitable strategies and objectives for projects
    • Coordinate cross-project activities between different units
    • Translate data into clear insights to support decision making in projects
    • Create visualizations, clear graphical design and layouts to optimize presentations and other templates for the R&D leadership

    About you:

    • You have effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to analyse complex situations and offer constructive scenarios on how to deal with these
    • With knowledge of software development and delivery
    • You like to work in a fun, fast paced, challenging environment
    • You like to be involved in initiatives that have significant impact on our business
    • You like to be challenged by a steep learning curve on a wide range of topics/skills
    • Great verbal and written communication skills in English
    • And a feeling for design
    • You have 0-2 years of work experience in a related role
    • Knowledge of and experience with data analytics and BI tools is a plus
