    Junior International Project Manager

You are responsible for the organization and execution of each research project in your portfolio, advising - and maintaining contact with - clients about its progress and all the steps involved, including internal communication and processes. To do so efficiently and effectively, you use various Effectory systems that help you monitor the planning, send mailings, check and manage respondents’ data, and group and calculate the results. You are the main point of contact for each project, yet collaborate closely with the team assistants and consultants involved. Your job comes with a high level of responsibility and service for your clients and their research projects, offering tailor-made solutions wherever possible. In this position, you'll be focusing on English speaking clients in the Netherlands and abroad.

Besides having organizational and MS Office skills, you can easily master our different systems and processes, you work with great attention to detail and are a sucker for result. You deal well with crazy-busy days and managing different projects at the same time and are an independent and collaborative solution-finder. To you, ever-changing markets are an interesting challenge and you say “Bring it on!” to complex questions from your clients and team members. Your constant goal is to help your clients gain a detailed analysis and perspective based on the insights gathered on their employee engagement. With this in mind you give and receive performance feedback well. And… your sense of humor and work ethic work like magic for our team spirit.

You live in the Netherlands and you speak and write English at a near-native level. You have great listening and advisory skills. With at least a bachelor degree in your pocket, you offer 1 - 2 years of experience in coordinating projects. We have no managers at Effectory hence your high level of self-support, sense of responsibility, initiative and collaborative spirit make you a perfect match with us.

You go to clients on a monthly basis so you need to have a driver's license.

Our mission is to work on making the working world better. Historically we have a strong foothold at the Dutch market which was our place of birth and we can't be stopped! To meet our growth ambition, we are determined to only hire eager and enthusiastic employees - both starters and experienced workers - who help infuse our business with even more energy.

While working from our wonderful office overlooking the Amsterdam canals (Cultural Heritage), you’ll have a front row seat in one of the most progressive thinking and mission driven companies - but you won’t be sitting still. After you are onboarded to fully grasp your role in fulfilling Effectory’s mission, you can make use of extensive professional and personal development opportunities, on and off the job. And with hard work should come fun: Friday drinks, legendary office parties, our Annual Big Day, team sport initiatives like the ‘Dam tot Dam’-run, our own boat to cruise the canals of Amsterdam and an organic lunch served daily. That, topped with a competitive salary and a fair piece of the profit-pie… need we say more?
