    Junior Display Advertising Specialist

    About the role

    As a junior Display Advertising Specialist at you are involved in devising, setting up and managing effective Display campaigns that will grow brand awareness, maximize the volume of quality traffic, and drive more leads in various markets across Europe. In addition, you work within a multidisciplinary team of other digital marketing specialists (SEA, Social, Analysts, CRO) to solve challenging issues to help the company grow.     • Own the creation, implementation, and optimization of different types of display campaigns such as: programmatic/RTB, video, and audio.
    • Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and propose action plans based on the results.
    • Develop, execute, and evolve display strategy to grow and maximize quality traffic.
    • Develop and manage portfolios of PMP deals
    • Adopt & apply a 'test and learn' approach to all aspects of display.
    • Support the growth of the different markets according to their needs in liaison with Regional Specialist team.
    • Work closely with the Data & Analytics, Brand & Content, and Regional Specialist teams.
    • Liaise with external partners such as Google and YouTube to keep aware of developments within Display Advertising.


    • Minimum of Bachelor's degree
    • You have 1-2 years' hands-on experience in a display/programmatic advertising capacity, either agency or client side
    • Knowledge of the display landscape and understanding of programmatic platforms and buying display media.
    • Hands-on experience with Google Marketing Platform (Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Google Analytics, Google Studio) is a plus
    • Experience with Javascript and HTML a plus
    • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
    • Have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
    • Have a valid work permit for the Netherlands
