    Junior Data Analyst

    Currently searching for a Junior Data Analyst for a healthcare industry in Amsterdam. You will be working in the data & technology team (+-15 FTE) that serves all companies business lines; A senior analyst from the team will be mentoring and supporting your development and growth. You will also become a core member of dedicated subject related devops teams; enabling data-driven innovation to support product development, derive insights and ensure reporting.

    To this end, they unlock the power of technology to introduce innovative financing mechanisms such as health insurance, value based care, digital lending and standards to assess and stimulate the improvement of the quality of care. they are continuously introducing digital solutions that disrupt old ways of working in health financing and care delivery. All with the aim to make essential quality care accessible for all.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create, improve and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI
    • Analyze data to answer business-critical questions using SQL, Power BI or Python
    • Support making well-informed decisions by turning raw data findings into actionable insights and presenting them to operational teams
    • Liaise with colleagues and partners to ensure that valid, high quality data is available for timely reporting and analysis
    • Monitor and maintain existing data pipelines in Azure
    • Automate new data pipelines to perform data extraction, storage, manipulation and processing
    • Help in new program design, including setting up data collection requirements and proposing relevant key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Take an active role in knowledge sharing with colleagues and when needed with our African partner organizations
