    Junior Customer Fulfilment Representative

    This company develops, manufactures and markets chemicals. As a leading global producer they service their clients in over 70 countries worldwide. the European head office is located in Almere, The Netherlands.

    Key Responsibilities

    While utilising the complete platform of ERP and office systems available act as the primary coordinator to process domestic/export orders and deal with all queries and complaints. This includes order capture, commitment to orders, resolution of obstacles, follow-up finance conflicts, verify product supply, create deliveries, arrange transport, execute amendments and ensure accurate invoicing. Also:

    • Support regional desks when there is a particular and very specific surge of workload
    • Ownership for Order Verification for the entire team
    • Will support people during audits
    • Will support projects
    • Help to serve (or serve directly) a defined group business customers and assist the Sales Manager (or 3rd party distributors, agents) in building commercial relationships improving service and retention
    • Liaise with Credit Controllers and Sales Managers to ensure overdue payments are collected effectively without jeopardising customer relationship. Weekly report overdue chasing activities and status
    • Liaise with data management upon the correctness of the customer data in the different systems available

    Skills & education

    • Experience in customer service, logistics and/or sales function
    • MS office, basic understanding of SAP, CRM and other relevant tools
    • Fluent in English, good knowledge of one or more other European Languages
    • Communicates clearly and articulately when speaking in an individual or group environment
    • You are a teamplayer, can work under pressure and have excellent communication and relationship skills
    • Experience in a B2B environment
