We are looking for a junior CFO who has a minimum of four years’ experience and wants to fulfill a role with a lot of independency during a 4 day workweek for 32 hours per week. We are a modern (and a tad rebellious) company; to enable you to perform to your best we allow flexibility in time and place to fulfill your responsibilities. You will be working with an ambitious and fun team of various financial professionals. As we are a growing company, we encourage you to develop your own ambitions as well so we can grow together!

The junior CFO will be responsible for:
Managing the onboarding trajectory of new CFO-clients together with the Financial Analyst
Central point of contact for Capital Advisory services + Acting CFO for multiple ventures
Participating in Board/MT meetings of the venture
Producing budgetmodel, cap tables, rNPV, waterfalls, ROI in cooperation with Associate Corporate Finance
Creating long and short list potential investors in cooperation with Associate Corporate Finance
Shape dataroom in cooperation with Associate Corporate Finance
Setting up the teaser, investor deck, investment memorandum for the venture
Identify improvement areas and initiate improvements within our company
Additional ad hoc projects and assignments

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience;
Affinity with Life Science and Tech and driven to work for the best in class R&D start ups
Ability to work autonomously and focus on output/deliverables rather than flat office hours
Has 4+ years of proven working experience in a similar role as a company CFO or a solid background in financial/strategic consultancy (e.g. Big-4 etc.)
In possession of a Bachelor/Master degree in (Business) Economics or equivalent study
Excellent skills in finance and commerce and loves social interaction
Good skills in Excel and Powerpoint and preferably knowledge of BI tools and datawarehouses
Confident communicator including excellent proficiency in Dutch and English language
Able to liaise with stakeholders both internally and externally
The ability to work in a stand-alone role, self-starter and high on follow up
