We help investors/donors, asset/fund managers, and other impact-driven organizations understand the impact of their interventions. Agriculture and Food Systems
We believe that the food transition is not only a challenge, but offers significant opportunities for businesses, farmers, society, all being part of biodiverse ecological systems. Divide your time between trainings, internal task, and external projects, all with the goal of helping you grow into a change agent
Research and analysis (e.g. industry level analysis of agro-commodity sectors)
Project management support
Quickly translate theory into practically applicable project content
Assist in organizing our projects, with progressive client exposure depending on capabilities
Ad-hoc research projects and practical matters such as building PowerPoint presentations etc.
What we are looking for:
Recent graduates with a MSc related to sustainability and any of the other topics relevant to our work (agriculture, extractives, fisheries, int'l development, finance, econometrics, management, anthropology, natural resource management, etc.)
Good communication skills
Fluent in business English (at least C1), written and spoken (other languages are a plus)
Solid analytical, planning, and prioritization skills (you will be tested during the interview!)
Hands-on and pro-active attitude, and a true team player
Above average interest in and knowledge of sustainability, development, and agriculture
