    Junior Account Manager

    Junior Account Manager in a green-tech water business

    Are you someone who welcomes the challenges of B2B sales with an innovative technology in a traditional industry? Would you like to be part of an international, young and dynamic team to help the company grow further?

    LG Sonic is looking for a Junior Account Manager to join the sales team full-time. The ideal candidate of LG Sonic is motivated, wants to sell and close deals, and is eager to grow in their position - a winner mindset. We are looking for someone either recently graduated or with up to 4 years of experience.

    LG Sonic ensures chemical-free water treatment across the globe for the last 10 years. Our customers are mainly in the water and energy industry. Our mission is to be the best algae management company in the world, and we aim to achieve that by providing green innovative technologies that solve water problems.

    We are a young company that allows freedom and creativity. There is a balance between working in a team and alone, and everyone is always cooperative. The sales department is not typical either as everyone works in a team, there is no cold-calling, and our sales cycle is long, so you get to know the people you are selling to.

    Responsibilities

    • Understand the needs of your prospects and match it with a solution
    • Answer to prospective customers on time and professionally
    • Convert leads into paying customers through negotiation and relationship management
    • Keep the CRM up to date
    • Proactively identify new opportunities and potential for market growth
    • Update the sales manager and cooperate with the rest of the team
    • Grow and learn in skills you need

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent
    • Excellent communication skills with minimum C1 level English and/or native Spanish
    • Proactive and positive attitude
    • Allowed to work in the Netherlands and living close-by the office in Zoetermeer (30km radius)
    • Available 40 hours a week
    • Experience with B2B sales or business development is a plus
