    Jr. Marketing Specialist - Programmatic Media

    The Jr. Marketing Specialist - Programmatic Media is responsible for designing, executing and optimizing our programmatic campaigns globally, with a keen focus on the operational part of the job.

    They will work in close collaboration with a team of cross-functional experts ranging from media strategy, media analytics, digital production, marketing communications, business intelligence, and consumer insights.


    • Day-to-day management of campaign set-up, trafficking, tracking, troubleshooting and optimization with partners/tech vendors - with a focus on YouTube
    • Identify and launch A/B experiments to assess the effectiveness of advertising spend
    • Stay up to date with current and upcoming technology product capabilities
    • Help shape the roadmap for digital media planning
    • Work closely with the Media Analytics team to optimize campaigns towards defined KPIs
    • Work closely with teams from Comms, Production & AdTech to input best practices into our creatives
    • Support forecast & budget planning for respective channel/partner


    • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing/ Advertising or any other relevant function
    • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
    • True data curiosity and the ability to derive new insights
    • Experience with AdWords, ideally YouTube
    • Proven experience of developing and implementing programmatic marketing campaigns and a successful track record to deliver ROI targets
    • Creative approach to problem solving; always looking for improvements to the way things are done
    • Has a data-driven attitude versus an opinion driven one
    • The ability to understand the technical implications of the measurement methodologies for campaign trafficking and set-up
    • Excellent multitasking abilities and the ability to prioritize well in a fast paced environment
    • Good communication skills - able to present complex designs in a simple manner to a wide range of stakeholders (internal & external)
    • Experience with the GMP stack would be a plus

    • Fluency in English both spoken and written
