Engage our learner community and make personal development a weekly habit. I create and run an animation program that sticks, feels highly relevant and is perfectly timed through the right channels.
To develop myself I work on projects that motivate me, such as building a coaching & mentorship program, a learning catalogue and joining my (HR learning) team members in their projects.
