    For our HR department we are looking for a recently graduated talent!

    We are looking to onboard a junior talent into the HR team of our Benelux hub. You will start as a Learning & Development specialist. Through this role you will get to know our HR way of working and the 4 business divisions. Over time you could pick up projects for Talent Acquisition or possibly grow into a Talent Acquisition position. As we remain flexible between Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition, we are looking for someone that has a broad interest in various HR topics.

    What I do:

    • Together with my team I build and implement a distinguishing onboarding program.
    • Based on relevant upskilling priorities and needs I drive the professional and personal development program for different career tracks: Digital, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and more.
    • Engage our learner community and make personal development a weekly habit. I create and run an animation program that sticks, feels highly relevant and is perfectly timed through the right channels.
    • To develop myself I work on projects that motivate me, such as building a coaching & mentorship program, a learning catalogue and joining my (HR learning) team members in their projects.
    • To understand and serve our employee community in the best possible way, I make sure I am a sparring partner for my stakeholders. I also work closely together with the HR Managers for different career fields.

    Our ideal candidate has:

    • Recently obtained an academic master’s degree, preferably in a relevant field (HRM, psychology, business administration, Marketing etc.)
    • Relevant (internship) experience in HR or Marketing
    • Experience with fast and effective internal and external stakeholder management.
    • A broad understanding of the FMCG and/or companies with an agile way of working
    • Fluency in English and either French OR Dutch in speaking and writing.
