    Jr. Customer Support Specialist

    At the moment we are looking for a talented and highly driven Jr. Customer Support Specialist with the affinity in the IT sector to join our team on a full-time basis.

    Primary Objective of Position

    Working under general to direct supervision in accordance with company policies, practices and procedures. Working in close collaboration with the sales team and provide remotely and also on-site IT support to our clients.

    Major Accountabilities

    • Responsible for the installation of software packages on client site, making sure the new software matches the IT of the client

    • Intervention on client site 40-50% percent of the time

    • Assist the client in the configuration and possible problems that exist with the software-use

    • Define the users and the necessary accesses that need to be given.

    • Train the users on the use of the software – cloud solution

    • You are a point of contact for the users (Nurses, Doctors, IT, …) for all questions related to Abbott IT packages, also as a tandem functioning with the sales team in the field.

    • You have the knowledge about networking protocols and dimensions around digital solutions in healthcare environment.

    Your profile:

    • Bachelor’s degree within business and administration or similar

    • 1-2 years of experience or internships in a similar role

    • Fluent bilingual in both verbal & written English and Dutch,

    • Strong communication, listening and problem-solving skills

    • Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization

    • Independent and reliable

    • Ability to make public presentation and engage listeners

    • Willingness to learn and strong adaptability

    • Interest in sales and relationship management
