We are looking for a Program Planner with solid experience and knowledge in Jira planning to help us develop and maintain a robust and flexible Plan for our Agile Transformational roadmap.
Our Digital Transformation Program operates through different focus areas, including D2C, B2B, CRM, Service, etc. , always putting the Customer and the Consumer the very center aiming to elevate their experience, through several different and exciting projects.
This is a temporary role for 3-4 days a week, until the eind of 2021.
Set up and maintain Jira workflows to ensure that it supports the execution of the program, according to the governance and stablished project phases;
Build and maintain Jira pages to reflect project scope and all other aspects of the project intake;
Use Jira BigGannt to build and maintain the Program plan;
Report on program progress on the stablished cadence;
Work with the Product Owners or Project Managers to ensure that all aspects of each project feature are reflected in Jira with the right level of quality and completeness;
Identify and escalate any issues to ensure resolution;
Analise and give unsolicited advise on overall program plan and detailed feature plans;
Work with the program manager to Identify the critical path in a project plan and the corresponding opportunities and risks;
Liaising with other internal and external parties involved in the Program.
