Our Global ITS Group is expanding and currently looking for a new member in IT Support and Service. You get positive energy out of successfully supporting our end users, so they can focus on delivering added value to our customers.
What will you be doing?
You provide technical break/fix support onsite and remote, to our global colleagues with a primary focus on EMEA region. No day is the same in the dynamic environment of Intralox. Together with three other ITS colleagues you are mainly responsible for handling different incoming tickets, such as troubleshooting a hardware issue to deep diving into requests and finding the right solution. The satisfaction and praise you get when you successfully support our end users, make you feel excited about your job. Furthermore, you are responsible for:

Next to this you possess the following:
MBO ICT level 3 / Undergraduate degree in Computer Science
Specific knowledge of Active Directory, Windows10, Office365, Basic Networking
Basic understanding of ITIL Best Practice, Microsoft Products, Cisco Communication tools and Dell End Point hardware
Ability to work evenings and weekends, as needed. In most cases this will be planned, but some instances will involve little advance notice.
In possession of a valid (Dutch) driver's license
Excellent communication skills in English. Additional language skills are advantageous.
