As IT Operations Manager you will be responsible for two IT employees. Our IT department is responsible for:
Supporting users via troubleshooting network and server hardware issues.
Configuring personal computers and mobile devices.
Managing systems and software applications.
Resolving telecommunication and network communication issues (including WiFi).
Ensuring that Data Security, Privacy and Governance procedures and guidelines are up to date, implemented and monitored.
Integrating acquired Dialyse Clinics to our IT Fresenius Medical Care structure.
Delivers an integrated and effective IT service to the business.
Develops, implements and maintains the country IT, strategy and daily Operations in alignment with business requirements.
Ensures that Country/EMEA/ Global IT projects or initiatives are in line with IT EMEA.
Ensure that the our local Data Centre/ Server room is in a physically secure location and meets corporate standards (e.g. correctly equipped for fires and not near to potential water damage).
Ensures that servers and related monitoring tools, firewalls are performing at optimum and that regular back-up procedures and service maintenance are conducted to a schedule and in accordance with corporate standards.
All IT assets are stored securely or can be tracked and traced effectively.
Conducts regular ‘IT self-assessments’ and resolves or escalates issues.
Proactive identification of the systems/servers/applications/technologies that are coming to end of life (sunset) or requiring upgrades and ensure there is a clear plan/demand and budget to upgrade or replace as necessary.
SLA’s and related KPI’s are in place and being met for key services and activities.
Providing project support for new acquired clinics, in terms of installing a corporate IT infrastructure.
Follow and comply with all relevant Global policies, guidelines, manuals and SOPs in the version as amended from time to time.
Keep yourself updated about the current version of the Global Policies that are relevant for your role and integrate corporate values in daily business.
Compliance with the management and mitigation of risks to the IT environment and integrity of information systems and data held within the company. Requirements are met in terms of local legislation and audit requirements.
Bachelor or Master degree in IT technical field.
IT operational work experience within commercial or healthcare sectors and customer-facing roles.
You are used to work with Global or EMEA IT guidelines/policies.
Willingness to travel within the BeNeLux.
MCSA and ITIL v2 or v3 certified.
Proven IT project management experience.
Good understanding of IT infrastructure, corporate network and wireless networks.
It would be an advantage if you are familiar with ISO27001.
Strong IT knowledge (MS Office, SCCM, Veeam, Vmware and Dell storage).
Up-to-date knowledge of IT, digitalization, data security and compliance.
Fluent in Dutch and English (speaking, presenting, writing, reading).
Good communication skills and can effectively communicate to all levels of the organization whether technical or non-technical.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Very structured way of working with strong focus on efficient and effective processes.
Highly professional attitude characterized by a result, quality, patient and customer oriented working style.
Excellent/ strong ability to set priorities and self-manage high volume workload.
Future-oriented, solution-oriented, proactive and out of the box thinking personality.
