This is a role for someone who craves a global challenge balanced by the desire to be accountable for delivering for Kraft Heinz. We would like to have a motivated intern to join the team. There are two IT positions within Kraft Heinz:
IT management intern
IT finance intern
IT Analytics intern

IT Management Intern:
The role of IT is to drive digital transformation for Kraft Heinz. Working with all areas of the business, we are here to change the way business is done.
An internship with us will give you experience of a REAL role in the information technology department. You will have chance to work in various areas, such as IT operations, employee services, functional process transformation or analytics.
In all cases, you will be responsible for results, working as part of a diverse team. You will work with internal customers, third parties and across the global IT organization. We will trust you to deliver.
This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to experience a graduate IT role in the consumer goods industry.
IT Finance Intern:
Trending and Data Analysis
Consumption reporting and understanding of cost drivers
Month end Close; Prepaid and Accrual Accounting and Controls
Global Recharge process and entries
Supporting sub-package owners for renewals, forecasting, Risks/Opps and action planning
Trending and Data Analysis
Vendor Management - PO's and invoicing
IT Operations Support
IT Analytics Intern:
Working with the Global Analytics team and our Centre of Excellence to align the approach and contribute to process improvements.
Help build the Analytics roadmap of requirements in the EMEA business units and production plants.
Working closely with the Analytics EMEA team.
Understanding and helping with our training program.
Admin tasks to help IT team manage the vendors and pay in time
This is a role for someone who craves a global challenge balanced by the desire to be accountable for delivering for Kraft Heinz.
You are enrolled at a European university during at least 50% of the duration of the internship.
You are nearing the end of your bachelor's degree or pursuing your master’s degree.
You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken (Dutch is a bonus).
You are proficient with Microsoft Office tools (specifically MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
NOTE: EU working rights are required.
Ability to Simplify : We like to keep it simple. And to execute fast. Your ability to simplify will be highly appreciated, when you provide simple solutions dealing with complex challenges.
Analytical: We’re a very data driven company. You know how to translate complex data into a simple solution with your analytical mindset.
Communication Skills : At Kraft Heinz you’ll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it’s important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.
Time Management Skills: Time management has no secrets for you. You’re organized, structured and always have an overview of all the deliverables. You can apply high levels of operational discipline, and diligent follow-through to deliver results
Ownership Skills : Think and act like the owners of our business, make tough choices and treat every dollar as if it is our own. A self-starter mindset, with the ability to work independently when required, interpret and exercise professional judgment, and solve problems creatively
Team Work : Willing to work in a team-oriented, collaborative & geographically dispersed environment.
Eager to work in a fast-paced, complex & dynamic environment.
An understanding of technology, and how it is applied to the consumer goods industry.

What we offer you:
Program start date: Jan/Feb 2021
Duration: 5 or 6 months
Allowance : 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses

Like any other company, Kraft Heinz has been affected by the regulations surrounding COVID-19. Currently, the Amsterdam office is closed to all 500+ employees to guarantee their safety. This decision is reevaluated frequently to see when it is safe for all employees to return to the office.
Kraft Heinz has adapted well to the COVID-19 restrictions and there is an online-onboarding day as well as an online hand-over period. You will receive the full allowance and will continue to work from home fulltime by a company provided laptop, as well as a reimbursement to enhance your work from home environment.
