As the IT Infrastructure analyst within Tupy Netherlands, you will play an important role within the company. You will have a big impact on their new location in the Netherlands and as a result for the whole company. In this role you will be the main contact person for all the service providers and the problem solving of the systems and infrastructure. Next to that you will be involved in several projects accross the IT department. You will have regular contact with the Headquarters in Brazil.
Assist in supporting Infrastructure, including ERP, Databases, Backup, Computers, Printer, Data Storage, Collaboration, Network and Telecommunications Infrastructure, Security and Datacenter.
Assist in systems support, including SAP ERP and satellite systems in the Purchasing, Sales, Finance, Logistics and Controlling areas.
Assist in the research and development/corporate projects improvements for infrastructure and systems in on-premise and cloud hosting models, supporting users in their demands.
Manage service providers, monitoring SLA indicators, service quality, availability, capacity, among others. Perform cost management of services, inventory and material stock.
Develop and execute IT procedures, policies and guidelines, striving for reliability, integrity, availability, confidentiality, authenticity and legality of information.
Conduct analysis of business processes and requirements in the Purchasing, Sales, Finance, Logistics and Controlling areas, striving for the standardization of corporate processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate has a background in IT infrastructure, systems and experience within Microsoft O365 and is cloud (Azure) orientated. Next to that someone who is very independent, flexible, likes to build things and have great responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have the following functional competencies:
ITIL methodology and indicator management
Project planning and management
Desirable knowledge in Microsoft Services Infrastructure, Backup, Telephony, Connectivity, Hosting and Security.
Desirable knowledge of SAP and satellite ERP systems, involving different languages and providers.
