    IT helpdesk analyst

    As our new IT analyst you will be responsible to administer, monitor and maintain the Information Technology infrastructure. To ensure technical bases and end users are operational and working efficiently.

    Your specific responsibilities are:

    • End user support including pc operating systems, hardware, applications, mobile devices and peripherals
    • Maintenance of desktop pcs, patches, updates, etc.
    • Participate in after hours on-call rotation
    • Monitor and maintain Microsoft Windows Servers and Active Directory
    • Backup System Engineer(s) as needed on any technical issues
    • Manage PC and phone setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software.
    • Perform workstation hardware and software upgrades as required.
    • Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and licenses.
    • Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
    • Communication with EU and US admin team on project planning and implementation.

    Required Skills:

    • Certifications: A+, Network+ Certifications, MCP Preferred.
    • Software Requirements: Microsoft Windows desktop and Server Operating Systems, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office applications, Netbackup
    • Physical Demands: Ability to free lift 20+ kg on a regular basis.

    Required Experience:

    • 2-3 years’ experience supporting end users, installing, configuring and troubleshooting common pc and server hardware and peripherals
    • Microsoft Windows 8, 7, Windows XP, Microsoft Office applications
    • Anti-Virus software and Anti-Spyware tools.
    • Knowledge of network protocols, including TCPIP, HTTP, FTP, DNS, WINS and DHCP.
