We try not to be too biased, but the job of iOS Tech Lead at Speakap is pretty cool. You'll head a team of 3 iOS developers working on improving our white labels and the main app. Your main responsibility is maintaining a well-functioning team and building the right circumstances in which the expertise, willingness and happiness of individuals can flourish. The great by-product when this is done wel is that the effectiveness and productivity of the entire team increases.
As a tech lead, you are continuously improving the platform’s software deliverables, codebase, development processes, and how they serve and interact with other teams in the organization.
The backbone of it all is motivating a successful team through collectively applying and advancing technology and software development best practices.

Have strong leadership skills.
Possess excellent communication and motivational skills, complemented by a positive attitude.
Have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience.
Have in-depth experience with Swift and Objective-C and modern iOS APIs.
Know all about advancements in the latest iOS versions.
Have experience building and debugging complex systems in a team environment.
Have extensive experience architecting features and unit testing them completely.
Have knowledge of most common architectures and their pros and cons.
Have expertise in building complex layouts with UIKit and desire to learn SwiftUI.
Are familiar with Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
Have experience with fastlane, automation and continuous integration.
Have experience with Carthage and other major open-source iOS projects.
Are proficient in git.
Have worked in Scrum teams before.
Possess a healthy dose of self-awareness and a desire to improve your skills
