    Oikocredit International is looking for a Investments Operations Analyst ( full-time, 36-40 hours) to be based in Amersfoort, the Netherlands.

    The Investments Operations Analyst is part of the Investments Department, and reports to the Director of Investments and partly to the Investments Operations Officer.

    Responsibilities

    In this role, you are

    • responsible for reviewing, analyzing, improving, controlling and documenting the processes and tools that exist within the Investments department.
    • responsible for the implementation of process changes and the necessary training of staff in relation to these changes.
    • coordinating with other units as required and endorses standard operating procedures used in the operations unit where they affect the investments department. Furthermore you will provide support for maintaining content management of manuals and the analysis and strategic alignment of lending & investment guidelines.
    • support improvements and the standardization of product features, processes and tools and the roll-out of the same in the Investments department, through cooperation with internal and external specialists and subsequent development of proposals and advice for management.
    • working closely with Investments staff on the design and implementation of new initiatives and also with other units including Operations, Portfolio & Business Control and the Transformation office to implement continuous and project driven change.

    Education and experience

    The successful candidate has

    • A Master’s degree in the field of Business Administration, Business Analytics, Operations Management or other relevant field
    • Two years of relevant working experience
    • Highly skilled in excel modelling
    • Experience with continuous process improvement methods such as Lean Six Sigma
    • Knowledge of investments products and processes and understanding of financials
    • Thorough knowledge of English is required. Working knowledge of Spanish and/or French highly desired
    • Analytical skills
