    Internship - RF Design

    We are regularly looking for enthusiastic students to join our team. We have concrete assignments available for analog, digital (CMOS) and RF circuit design. During the assignment you will work on 5G product development, supervised by our highest level technical staff, and you will be able to bring in new solutions to real life technical problems.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Focus on RF IC Design

    • Working mainly on integrated RF power amplifier design

    • You will work on state-of-the-art 5G mmWave or next generation WiFi product and IP development using latest design and simulation tools

    • Development of circuit concepts and design solutions

    • Presentation of results to our highly skilled staff

    WHO ARE WE

    Smart Antenna Solutions (SAS) is a team of highly skilled technical professionals with many nationalities who develop RF-IC’s which are supplied to the world’s leading companies in mobile communications (both infrastructure and mobile phone). The SAS team has development locations in the Netherlands (Eindhoven, Delft, Nijmegen), France (Caen). We aim for a good balance in the team between young professionals and experienced developers. Development teams are working in Agile framework (applying SCRUM rituals) to enable a small-sized expert team for technical people to work in.

    YOUR PROFILE

    • You are currently pursing your MSc in Electrical Engineering or Physics

    • Basic knowledge of circuit design and semiconductor physics

    • Basic knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) IC design

    • Basic knowledge of analog and Electro-Magnetic (EM) simulation

    • Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)

    • Pro-active, high energy, open-minded, eagerness to learn in a cooperative environment

    • Team player with good communication skills

    • Transparent and detailed way of working

    DURATION

    We are looking for a student who would be available to join us from April 2021. This is a full-time internship (40 hours per week) with a duration of 3 to 4 months, or a full-time graduation project (40 hours per week) with a duration of 6 to 9 months.
