Internship (Finance): Digital Finance Change Management

Are you interested in exploring how the global finance function of a multinational will operate in the future? Do you want to see first-hand how tools like predictive analytics and business intelligence can strengthen the role of Finance teams as Strategic Business Partners and support all functions to create value? As part of the vision of our Finance Function, Danone is putting in place an ambitious Digital Finance Program to leverage technologies and provide the Finance community with modern BI and data analytics tools.
During your internship you will work on activities to support the transformation of Finance team through a new Digital Finance Journey:
Help in coordination of overall Digital Finance transformation streams and roadmap
Assist in global change management activities like key influencers mapping, monitoring of engagement plan, user mapping, preparation of workshops, etc.
Assess to understand the changes that will come with Digital Finance to the teams and how to support transition for them
Support execution of Communication plan
Support on training approach and training preparations
You will be involved in multiple projects at different stages of the project and change management cycle and will get the opportunity to interact with senior management.
You are currently studying for a Bachelor or Master in Finance, Business Administration or HR
You have a good understanding of finance and are interested in HR topics like transformation
You have affinity towards ERP / EPM and Business Intelligence tools
You are fluent in English and can communicate well with senior managers
You are curious, you want to learn, and you are open to feedback
There are also some compulsory requirements:
Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole duration of your internship (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);
Ideally available to start in November 2021 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;
You are fluent in English - oral and written;
You are able to work from Hoofddorp if the COVID-19 situation allows us to go to the office.
Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN number.

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance* of 450 (HBO students) or 550 (University students) euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel if required.Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
