    Internship Digital Content – ING Wholesale Banking

    Who are we?

    ING offers a practical internship at The Digital Channels Tribe at ING Wholesale Banking. We have a clear objective: “To become the best digital Wholesale bank by delivering an industry leading and consistent digital customer experience across all ING touch points.” The channels owned by Digital Channels Tribe includes the new ingwb.com website, an internet banking-portal and mobile app. Our customers are spread over more than 40 countries who use our channels on a daily basis to do daily banking, consume content and for servicing.

    What’s in it for you?

    As a trainee you will assist in creating new content experiences and customer journeys in order to increase the findability, usage, relevance and consistency of ING’s digital content on new ingwb.com. You learn to assist in copywriting, usage of links, call to actions, restructuring content, reusing content from other channels, measuring content and migrating content from other ING websites. As an intern you will help us by working alongside a small number of highly professional digital content experts. You will also learn to work according to the ING Agile way of working, as you will be part of the Expertise Team Content & Dialogue.

    We look for someone who is…

    • enrolled in a ‘HBO’ or University course in the area of communication, marketing, digital content or journalism
    • fluent (written and verbal) in English
    • proactive and outspoken
    • ready to learn a lot fast by doing it on the job
    • not afraid to make mistakes (because that’s part of how you learn)
    • available for at least 4 days a week
