BrandsCommerce GmbH is a fast growing cross-border e-commerce company that is specialized in brand distribution in Europe and China. We collaborate with world’s leading consumer brands. We have different e-commerce platform brands, that are ba.de, Holland at Home, dsapo.de, originalbabybrands.com and Chillboss, with a focus in different products and regions. Our offices are located in Amsterdam, Heerlen, Pforzheim (Germany), Hangzhou and Guangzhou(China).
1. Contact person for the customers before and after sales. 2. Handle customers’ complaints, returns, refund and other related issue. 3. Work closely with the IT and warehouse team to solve the customer’s problems. 4. Actively collect information/feedback from customer to help improve our app and our services. 5. Collect and analyze monthly sales data and transform these data into actionable suggestion to improve our sales. 6. Support customization requests in our warehouse for specific orders and customers 7. Maintain a good relationship with the customers.
1. Studies within Marketing, Commerce, Business administration or similar field. 2. Experience and network within the Daigou community is considered a big plus. 3. Keen to the need of the clients and the market change. 4. Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, German is a plus, but not necessary. 5. Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint, skill in SPSS and other data analysis software is considered a plus. 6. Problem solving and analytical. 7. Cheerful & “CAN DO” mentality 8. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. 9. Live in Heerlen/Maastricht area. 10. Availability to work at least 3 months 32-40 hours a week starting ASAP
