    International Sales Growth Manager (Position located in Utrecht, Netherlands)

    The International Sales Growth Manager is responsible for the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales areas in the International Entities. This role will be responsible for supporting the sales organization through business process management, operating excellence, and continuous improvement of employees and processes. The ideal candidate should be very fluent in streamlining processes, continuous improvement, and thinking in proper sequences of workflows in order to map them out. Create process maps and flowcharts for visual representation of processes and workflows.

    Responsibilities :

    • Coordinate with leadership to implement and successfully execute training programs developed by the CGO
    • Conduct surveys in each of the International areas to identify gaps or deficiencies in workflows and processes
    • Recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness using process maps, workflow diagrams, forms and procedural documentation
    • Recommend localization changes to ensure our policies and procedure conform with each entities' cultural customs
    • Utilize gap analysis to identify barriers to hyper growth and propose and implement programs for improvement
    • Perform statistical analysis of historical data related to overall results in each of the international entities to locate areas of inefficiency and determine the training needs or process needs for the teams

    • Train all international employees on new policy and procedures that pertain to their area and manage their implementation
    • Stay current on the KnowBe4 sales policies, and ensure that any policies or procedures are read and understood by the administrative personnel
    • Be available to answer any policy or procedure questions related to the KnowBe4 processes (as needed)

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent working experience
    • Lean Six Sigma a plus.
    • Have demonstrated work experience in developing new employees
    • Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
    • Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
    • Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer)
    • Ability to identify and process the correct organizational sequence for workflows to increase efficiency
    • Ability to simplify information down to its fundamentals for dissemination organization wide
    • Ability to do gap analyses to identify gaps and inefficiencies
    • Ability to see and determine proper orders of priority
    • Strong verbal and written communications
    • Excellent time management and organization skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Strong ability in coaching and training others
    • Must have great understanding of company structure and function
    • Can manage multiple people in different areas to carry out a project that affects both areas
    • Excellent ability to analyze statistical data
    • Ability to write programs for use cases
