    The Job

    At DutchBasecamp we are fully geared towards the international growth of scale-ups. Working at DutchBasecamp means you are interacting directly with founders of amazing scale-ups on a daily basis. You are an essential part of the startup ecosystem, consisting of incubators, accelerators and economic development agencies. It is your job to make sure projects run smoothly, and to continuously improve the ongoing processes at DutchBasecamp.

    What you really do

    • Take care of the smoothest of all operations for every project, trade mission or programme you are involved in. Here are examples of projects you will be involved in:
    • A programme focused on the international expansion of Dutch Agri-foodtech scale-ups
    • A 3 year international project supporting European scale-ups for expansion (to the Indian market)
    • Globalisers
    • Execute the above-mentioned, including a wide range activities, e.g.: creating a lead list or web page for the project, call scale-up founders for validation and to inform them, create and improve a slide deck or evaluation form, organise event space, share and implement your learnings from last project into our project management tools and templates, tell the project lead(s) what you need from them to get the best results, invite experts to our sessions, play a crucial and active role during the sessions itself. And have fun.
    • Communicate with lots and lots of people (e.g. entrepreneurs, our experts, and our partners such as: embassies and consulates, InnovationQuarter, RVO, foreign partners), to keep everyone informed and aligned with what we (you) are organising.
