The Role: International B2B scaleup marketeer
As our new B2B Growth Marketer, you drive interest in our product among fundraisers, agencies, commercial and inhouse teams that focus on field marketing. You will create and execute our content marketing strategy in order to consistently grow our database of Sales Qualified Leads and to further build our reputation as a thought leader in field marketing. As a growth addict, we expect you to experiment with new channels, content and partners, in order to reach the objectives that we will define.
You play a pivotal role in our team, reporting to our CEO and acting as a partner of our Sales and Business Development Director.
Optimizing conversion in our marketing funnel to realize your quarterly lead generation target (SQL).
Owning our value propositions and buyer personas: optimize and adjust based on experiment outcomes, market insights and competitor analysis.
Defining and executing our content marketing strategy, with assets like webinars, whitepapers and blogs.
Updating and optimizing our website content and structure.
Reporting of marketing contributions on key metrics (e.g. leads sales, website visitors, # marketing qualified leads, number of demo’s).
Explore new partnership opportunities
Create a thought leadership strategy and execute, including events and speaking opportunities
Supporting the sales- (salesdecks, onepager, flyers etc), customer success- (newsletters, customer events) and product team (product updates).
Higher education degree (HBO / WO).
3-5 years of B2B (content) marketing experience.
Have worked in a tech startup before.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
You have a growth mindset, and a ‘never settle’ attitude
Knowledge of email, Pipedrive and Linkedin marketing automation tooling is considered a plus.
SEO and SEA experience is considered a plus.
Strong reputation and experience in the field marketing industry is a plus
