    Job Profile

    Job Title – Intern Sales Enablement

    Minimum Qualifications
    • Be enrolled in a relevant study in the Netherlands (enrollment in a Dutch university is a prerequisite.
    • Have strong interpersonal skills and English communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

    Bachelor's degree/equivalent in business or a related field.

    Who we are?
    Sales Enablement is the connection between the business and sales. We provide the link on all communication targeted at sales; this may fall into one of three areas;

    • Awareness – need to know by sales but not requiring any particular action
    • Action – sales need to action something relative to customers
    • Adoption – where sales need to change behavior, this normally requires a learning intervention, created and delivered by Sales Education

    Sales Enablement is split, one team supporting the Playbook and Sales Advisory processes and the other our Sales Enablement Platform and sales communications.

    What do we do?
    The intern position will be assigned to the Sales Enablement Platform and Sales Communications.
    The team supports our Sales Enablement Platform by working with other functions to understand what content sales will need to support them to provide our customers with an outstanding experience and achieve their goals.
    • Managing initiatives with multiple stakeholders
    • Advising stakeholders on relevance of materials
    • Developing go to sales communications

    Position Details
    Full-time internship opportunity from October 2021 to March 2022. This position can be located in the Hoofddorp, Netherland (NL) area
    Under close supervision, the successful candidate will assist with the planning and execution of communications to sales:

    1. Supporting the design of collateral to be delivered to sales
    2. Project management on key activities
    3. Analyze effectiveness and make recommendations on process improvement.

    Preferred skill sets include:
    • Strong computer literacy: Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Good communication skills
    • Good English skills, spoken and written
    • Ability to comprehend concepts and able to translate these into clear actions
    • Attention to details
    • Thrives in an individual contributor role that offers autonomy
    • Ability to utilize logic-based problem solving for impactful recommendations
    • Self-awareness of impact actions have in a team environment
    • Keen self-starter that has ability to confidently develop new insights that drive our strategy a challenging environment.
    • Skilled in the development and presentation of insights and recommendations utilizing clean and concise communication
    • Excellent written communication skills
    • Must have a high degree of self-motivation with an internal desire to exceed expectations
