Interim Content Marketeer (Dutch Fluency)
WANTED: Content and optimization specialist to drive the use of our European parking apps!

This is what you'll be doing as Content Marketeer
As a self-starter you optimise the content of every touchpoint of marketing campaigns, including email, web and advertising content. Your understanding of the customer makes you an expert in translating this into the right content (copy, image or video) while managing our tone of voice across channels, products and audiences. You're familiar with both buyer and customer journey content based on (customer) data insights and testing. You know what content is needed for different campaign objectives (acquisition, lead scoring, activation and reactivation), tailored to the touch point and channels of the campaign. Writing is your second nature and you can instantly translate A/B test-, survey- and research results into campaign content. You will work closely together with the digital marketing team and the marketeers in our European markets.
As you bring in your expertise of content optimisation based on customer insights, we offer you a great learning environment of the number 1 parking apps in Europe. Including a lot of knowledge of mobile marketing and conversion optimisations. You will be part of an ambitious and fun marketing team of 8 team members in an international working environment at PARK NOW, the global leader in mobility solutions founded by BMW and Daimler. To be successful
You're analytical and always driven to improve content. To develop faster, you have a growth hacking attitude: you think in opportunities instead of limitations. To rethink processes, increase relevancy of content and make sure that the content drives volume of traffic and engagement. Owning your responsibilities while working well as a team. You have:
Finished higher education / university with a Marketing or Economics/Business Degree;
2-5 years of working experience in B2C marketing;
Are fulltime available (40 hours per week in Amsterdam);
Excellent writing skills in both Dutch and in English;
Experience with tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (Pre: Adjust, Firebase).
Experience with optimisation tooling like Google Analytics 360 suite, Optimizely, Google Search Console, Google Trends, Yoast SEO, VWO.
3+ years' experience in content and e-mail marketing.
Knowledge of the customer journey life cycle stages with relevant content and optimisations;
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills and strong analytical and communication capabilities;
A proactive "can do" mentality, have an eye for detail and opportunities that have impact;
Great verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
